“Pärjätään Yhdessä” is a Finnish name which means loosely translated “Let’s manage together”. In this project Finnish Red Cross is promoting co-operation between local level NGO’s to increase wellbeing and safety of local communities. At the same time project is looking for new ways to social and welfare NGO’s to take part on disaster prepardeness activities and work together with officials during the times of emergencies.
At the end of 2017 project was active in 15 different municipalities in two districts of Finnish Red Cross. Project will run until mid 2019.
